Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter offers hospice and palliative care to people with life-limiting illnesses wherever they live - their homes, nursing homes, assisted-living facilities and hospitals as well as the agency's three hospice care centers. The team of providers work together to help patients live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Care is available to patients and their families in Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover and Pender counties.
