In 2004 Luke Perisich started Blue Sky Building Company, a small company where the personnel are interested in listening to your concerns and building your home to your specifications. Because the company is small, they do not have the overhead costs associated with large building companies, yet they are first class builders who provide quality homes. Blue Sky incorporates approximately 75 percent of what is required to build green homes in their basic building practice. They are open to discussing what other items are feasible realistically and financially to make your home as green as possible.
