February 23, 2020  The Antique Appraisal Fair is the Southport version of Antique Roadshow. It runs from 2 PM until 5 PM on the last Sunday in February. Bring your jewelry, china, clocks, prints, books, art, coins or other treasure — anything that you can carry by hand, pay your $8 per item or $20 for three items at the door and have it/them appraised by a qualified appraiser. The fair is sponsored by the Southport Chapter of the Philanthropic Educational Organization which helps women achieve better opportunities by funding scholarships, loans and grants.
